Everyone in this Store is Great. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. The staff and management are always helpful even when you come in with a complaint the go the extra mile to make you happy. The price is always fair and competitive the service is outstanding.

We purchased a washer machine and I am totally dissatisfied! My clothes are coming out of the machine wrinkled and looking terrible. I go to the store to return it and purchase a new one and I am told that I need to go through service first. Then they will decide if they will take the machine back. The are passing this off to the manufacturer. I am obviously not happy!!
Phil Massaro is one of the most knowledgeable and courteous Salesman I know. I have absolute trust in his knowledge of the products that he sells. He is an asset to the PC Richards brand!!
So I am a firm beleiver of giving positive feedback when deserved! This past Friday we walked into P.C. Richard & Son in Lake Grove/Stony Brook to look into getting a new mattresses (yes... they now sell Mattresses) Sam greeted us... was friendly, plolite and did not "pressure" us. He helped us make the best choie for us. I went back on Saturday and purchased a new mattress and even picked up an adjustable box spring for Mom so she can sleep with her back raised a bit! Purchased an electric stove end of March and it is about to catch on fire. Coils are all burning and PC Richards Manager tells us to call Avanti! PC richards need to take responsibility and remove this dangerous stove from my home and either replace or refund me. Buyer beware they know how to rope you into a sale but do nothing when the product is damaged. Manager Randy gave me no solution after several attempts.
