Originally received a dishwasher that was defective and was very upset, due to Paula going out of her way and working tirelessly to make sure I was satisfied, was more than I can ask for. Paula went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. Soon will be buying an LG washer and dryer and can count on PC Richards and Paula when i'm ready. This is where you need to go for all your appliances. They ALL go above and beyond!!!

The staff are all nice, friendly, and helpful. It is also nice to have a store to go when deciding snd looking into getting, where people are not all over you, presduring for the sale or extra things you do not need. i like to be able to look around and not be hassled. here they see you say hello ask if you have questions and if not, will not pester but stay nearby for questions or help.
I recently called the store to inquire about a TV and was fortunate to have been assisted by Adam. He was extremely helpful and more than willing to be of assistance. I didn’t realize the store was about to close when I called, but it did not deter Adam from continuing to assist in my eventual purchase. In our conversation he revealed to me that he was only on the job for a week, but I am certain that his outstanding customer service skills will continue to serve him well.
