On 6 different occasions with 4 different computers, I went to the Geek squad at Best Buy to have them repaired. On each occasion they were unable to fix the various problems. I then took them all to Mr. Edman and he was able to successfully repair and upgrade each and everyone of them. He has a customer for life. I recommend him above ALL others.
