Any issues with computers, ipads or iphones PC Planet is the place to go. Very impressed with their services. Very knowledgeable and very approachable. They are straight to the point and their prices are excellent.
I recently had a popup appear on my screen indicating I needed to update the BIOS on my new Laptop. I was always told never do anything with the BIOS. Because I’m a Galaxy Card Program member, I contacted PC Planet and they ask me to bring my laptop in and they would check it out. I took my laptop to PC Planet in the AM and they did what they needed to do. By midafternoon, I had my lap top back. Thank, You PC Planet

Would not bring our PC's anywhere else. Honest business with very reasonable pricing. Great communication with repair progress. They take the time to fully explain everything.

Again, I am very satisfied with PC Planet. They were able to put a new port in my husband's Lenovo tablet, returned it fully charged and clean, and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Also, very nice people.
