RecommendedPC Planet has been my go-to computer repair place for several years. This past NY’s Eve my PC crashed in the middle of a gig! Oh No! PC Planet set me up with an awesome Mac and upgraded the RAM for the midi tracks I use! Thanks to PC Planet, my Entertainment gigs can continue, and it didn’t break the bank!! Check em out! A few weeks back had PC Planet install the new Windows 10 for my computer. Brought the tower to their store to have the installation done there and decided to have them deliver and reinstall for me at my house. John, the Technician, was so thoughtful. Got everything set up and checked to make sure everything was working. Been going to PC Planet whenever I need computer help. A very good and fair company. Prices more than reasonable. Highly recommended.
My Computer has been down since September and i couldn't resolve it at all. i went to Pc Planet two days ago only to receive my call today that it is fixed and ready for pickup. they were completely understanding to not authorize any changes to the computer if it would lose any data so they did a Backup for me before even beginning the diagnostic. they are quick affordable and work very well. they truly made my day it has been hard without my computer i am very pleased with their service and happy to have my computer back.
Have be a PC Planet customer since before Sondra and Rolf. They are professional and honest. They never try to sell you a product or service you don't need. Prices are always reasonable and if you belong to their club, with your permission, they can log right in to your computer at home. Saves a trip which is great for those of us who can't always drive. And then there is always "greeter" Teddy who makes me smile.

I couldn't be happier with their work on my 7+ year old HP EliteBook 2540P. Hard drive replacement (to an SSD) has made this older machine run with the young dogs. GREAT job, thanks!!!
