I requested a recharge for my two split units. They did not mention a delivery fee of $119 nor the labor rate of $148. Along with the fee of $48 per pound of R410A, my total bill was $590. Pretty hard to stomach this as a retired man on social security. They even mentioned that I had a large motor home. I guess they think I have a lot of money. I also never received an itemized bill.<br /> <br /> <br />

My annual check-up from Davis went smoothly and quickly, and he arrived within the promised time frame. He was professional and answered all my questions effectively. I also like the price and procedure on the twice-a-year service visit.

Davis K*** did an excellent job. We were having the spring maintenance of the HVAC system. He was very professional and personable. He appeared to care about any issues. We were concerned that we were not getting the same cooling efficiency that we had last year. He found that we needed some additional Freon.

Just had my annual service check up on my A/C unit, technician was Davis. I found him to be very professional and thorough in checking the unit inside and outside. It is nice to see someone who cares about the customer, pleasant person with a great attitude.

I just had my heat pump system checked by a technician from PBCI-Allen and was very pleased. He arrived within the scheduled time did the work, was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
