I don’t know what made the bad reviews a thing, but I purchased a car and every single person there was friendly and welcoming, they made the process easy. I told them about the tire on the car I wanted to buy and they instantly got a new one put on, and everytime I have had an issue with the car up to this point they have fixed, without even questioning it and have seemed like they actually care.
I bought a truck there 2 years ago. And the transmission went out in about a year after I got it. I can't say that I had a bad experience with them because they were super nice, and I actually got my first vehicle through them. But what I didn't do was check what I really needed because I went out and I got that truck. If I knew the transmission would have gone out a year ago, I would have never gotten it.
I have gotten myself in a pickle with my Jeep Cherokee that I had and have been looking for something reliable for myself and my children. Robby Cole at the Seymour location did not stop to help me. He had so much patience with me. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle 3 times and took care of any complaints and listened to my needs.
