Chris was very professional, on time, and honest. He replaced our condo unit’s AC and water heater along with a couple of others in the building. You don’t have to pay for all the marketing and advertisements that you do with other companies.
They will not respond and they installed a faulty split. We cannot get them to replace, repair, respond. I have had to call other companies to get it running. The absolute worst customer service and product installation. It should be illegal for what they have done. Horrible.
Last May, Paynes HVAC installed two new Ruud units at my house. Not only do the cool when it's hot, they warm the house when it's cold. As I write this, snow/ice covers them and the ground. Great recommendation Paynes!
