I am over the moon with Chris and his help with my HVAC. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to actually show and explain the issue with my unit to me. Chris will be visiting Monday to make repairs, and I can't recommend him enough. There was no pressure to make unnecessary repairs. Chris seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. I am looking forward to getting the problem fixed in a few days!
Chris was easy to work with, showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done right. Fair pricing, professional service, and no pressure. If you need HVAC work done, I definitely recommend giving Chris Payne HVAC a call. Great experience all around!
Great Guy.... He came out late at night cause he knew my wife was pregnant and couldn't handle the heat. He was very professional and fast with fixing the ac unit. Took him less than 20 minutes and we were chilling in ac 🥶..Thank You
Paynes has served my heat and air needs for years now. Always quick to take care of us and reasonably priced. They have done great work for my friends and neighbors to for nearly 40 years too. Last week they installed a new mini-split when my old office hvac system finally quit. They always find a way to save me money. I highly recommend their service.
I am very pleased with the prompt and thorough evaluation Chris did on my HVAC system. He went above and beyond to assist me and provided sound advice on deciding to repair or replace my system. You can't go wrong with Payne's Air Conditioning & Heating.
