Payne's AC & Heating has been family owned and operated in the Tallahassee area since 1994. Bob Payne is a member of a long-standing Tallahassee family and a proud grad of Lively Vocational Technical School, where he received extensive training and the certification required to be the best AC man in town. Bob's son, Chris, works with him and attended local schools in Leon County, finishing up at TCC. They are proud Tallahasseeans and enjoy living in and serving their community.

They will not respond and they installed a faulty split. We cannot get them to replace, repair, respond. I have had to call other companies to get it running. The absolute worst customer service and product installation. It should be illegal for what they have done. Horrible.
Last May, Paynes HVAC installed two new Ruud units at my house. Not only do the cool when it's hot, they warm the house when it's cold. As I write this, snow/ice covers them and the ground. Great recommendation Paynes!

Chris Payne came out to look at my Ac unit and got me up and running very fast very dependable very good service and price would highly recommend if you want someone who knows what they’re doing and not gonna cheat you out of your money Thanks again Chris
