Good customer service we were well taken care off and they worked with us to get us what we wanted Joel was our sales person and we would recommend him any time ..until then thank you Payne Ford and to everyone that took care of us not to forget our sales person thank you Joel Garza ..
customer service is horrible...so they call you when you are interested in buying a car ALL day, BUT when they are the ones who sent you wrong information via email they give you the run around. They play hot potato with your calls. The info sent to me with a quote and pictures... then they proceed to give every excuse vehicle sold, in service, when said vehicle was "found" the price is bumped up $5000 because it was serviced...the vehicle needed that much repair? No one called back not the general manager not the internet m... read more

Update: Management issued me a full refund. They vowed to fix the problem before my next visit. Thanks Payne Rio Motors! Great service...until they told me they cant accept my FordPass Reward points for my oil change. I have 44,000 points! Payne Rio, get with the program. It’s 2020!
