We initially stopped at Payne in Weslaco a day prior to purchasing my daughter's 2015 Rubicon Jeep at Rio Grande Payne, and the guy @ Weslaco location was no help!! Right off the bat the guy tried to make my husband and I feel like idiots, like we didn't know what we were purchasing, I was really upset.
