At first I clicked on Go Paperless after I logged in, now I can't undo, contacted the customers service they said can't help me...All I'm asking to to tell me where exactly do I click on to change it back.

I am only able to clock in once with my password. The next time I try to log in with the same password I receive an error message. So, I changed my password. I put in the new password and still receive “The credentials provided are incorrect”. This has been going on for weeks. Yes I have spoken to someone about this. It worked this morning. However, in an attempt to clock out after my shift. The red message banner is back. I am over this product.
We have previously used two of the biggest payroll companies and Paylocity is so much better. The software/system is slick and fairly easy to use. But support quickly walks me through issues that crop up when running our payroll. My only complaint would be that most issues we have had stem from issues with the original setup. Information was not properly imported by Paylocity from our prior payroll provider or setups for 401(k), PTO, etc were not always done correctly. The City of Detroit is blaming the Bank for sitting on the disbursement. The Bank tells me that the disbursement is late. Paylocity refuses to give an explanation.
