Paylocity interview process is insane. i interviewed with not 1 but 2 individuals. Felt like I was interrogated . Monitored an employee during an interview as if I was training or something. Spent 2 hours there. only to NOT get the job , because i live further than they would like me to. My commute to work has been the same for the past 3+ years. Then proceeds to have me informed to reapply later like my distance in travel will change by then. lol.
the horrible company we should have never made the switch from ADP!!! Steer as far away from Paylocity as you can!

Mistake on W2 not corrected in nearly a reasonable amount of time
Allow employees access to their payroll info, can NOT access my hours worked, I know they're shorting my pay and have NO way to fight this crappie system!
terrible customer service...its like everyone is a robot ...they won't give me any answers or send me a w2 or a paystub because I'm not the "administrator ..dont reccomend their "services " at all
