Lots of promises at set up, no follow through on service. Implementation has taken over 7 months and I still have unresolved issues. Is it too much to ask sick time accrues correctly? Lots of promises and little follow through. I hated our old company (Paychex) but regret switching to Paylocity. Do not fall for their false promises!

I like Paylocity, but I’m not liking this new Community Page set up! The impressions should not be cluttering up the Community Page and the News Section on the front needs to stay! Announcements are getting lost in the sea of thread comments. Also there are a lot of other needed things besides a community page. The training tracking piece is one of them, it would be nice to have it to be more helpful/usable.
