I bought my Cadillac SRX 4 here for a very good deal! Everybody there was so FRIENDLY AND NICE! Good customer service from the time you get there until you leave. My car is in great condition and still very satisfied :)
We had a great experience here. They were helpful, prompt, and fair. Everyone is very courteous. Had to fix one thing shortly after purchase and they took car of it right away.
This is where used car salesmen perfect their bad reputations. I test drove a beautiful lifted Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I turned out of the lot down the alley and the transmission was slipping. We did a short six block loop and I brought it back and he said park it by the shop and they'll look at it and give me a call. I was willing to negotiate with them but they never called back. A few days later I went to look for the jeep and it was gone so I assume they sold it to some other unsuspecting fool rather than sell it to me.
