On a warranty call for a.o. smith Plumber said water heater was fixed yet it wasn't and he even dismissed my concern saying give it 45 min yet it was not firing at all as I told him.. i even chased after him and told him flue pipe is barely warm yet thats normal....he just left it like that.. didn't even check for gas leaks.. as I said the next company found out what I told this guy in about 5 seconds literally... NOT WORKING no gas output... this guy doesn't know what he's doing or lies to your face...

John was fast, knowledgable and friendly, he came within the 10-1 window and installed my water line to the fridge. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for today..initially was given a 10 -1pm arrival window and told I would receive a call when in route..I called to inquire about the arrival time, then was told the arrival window would be 10-4!!!...I called again and received a "I will call you back" text message...wth...really? A simple phone call to reschedule would have sufficed, how is this so hard?

Scheduled appt. was Thurs between 11 and 2. Did not show up. No call or anything. Still waiting for some explanation. We’ve used them many times. NOT AGAIN!

Terrible communication. “Dealt” with this company as a contractor through Lowes. Never showed up - never called.
