I can't tell you how satisfied I was with Payless Plumbing. I had 4 different well-reviewed plumbers come out for a price consultation on removing an old gas water heater and installing a new one, and Payless' price was the most reasonable by far. Zivko, Payless' plumber, was the only consulting plumber who foresaw a potential inspection issue with the size of my utility room based on the minimum ambient space needed for the size of the water heater. I don’t get the bad reviews cause this guy was excellent. We had a water line that busted right before a long trip so time was of the essence. I rang up and the gentleman was able to come right out the same day and work the issue. His communication was stellar and he explained everything from start to finish, which is how I like it. Extremely thorough. The price was fair and reasonable given the time frame, and he made it known what the costs would be up front which were agreed upon before the work was done.
