CUSTOMERS BEWARE! IF THERE IS LESS THAN NO STAR, THAT WOULD BE MORE SUITED. Date of incident: 4/18/24 I and my assistant arrived at the Payless Mini Storage facility between 3pm to 4pm. Our purpose is to move items out as much as we can from Storage unit 522. A buyer for the items who followed us and came around 5:00pm. A buyer who just had a surgery a couple of weeks prior and her assistant came. I left the facility at around 5:30pm as I had to catch a Bus going back home. The employees are great! The couple that works the desk is always accommodating and go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of. They are always very kind and helpful! Thank you Daniel and Autumn.
