review your bill at CVG. I prepaid for a compact on another website. the guy at the PAYLESS counter upgraded my vehicle without telling me. he charged me for something I didn't ask for. time to go back to the MAJOR car rental places.

This is the car that was given to me on 3/27 at CMH. I flew into CMH because it was non stop instead of CVG. Now I'm taking the car back to CVG to get a replacement. The only reason I didn't put up a fight was because I'm currently going through chemo and needed to get to Cincinnati as soon as possible. This car should have never been given out. I should be given a discount.

Awful. Booked & paid for my reservation Feb 19 for March 4, landed March 4 at midnight to be told they "overbooked" and had no cars but i got no notification for this until i was at the desk. I called 10x the next day but no one picked up. I will not rent from them again. I travel for work and rent cars 50-60 times a year and have never run into this. Incredibly frustrating. Rent elsewhere.

Okay..... drive around in circles and you may have better luck.. They took the reservation money and never told us about them being out of cars.

Very unprofessional
