switched b/c of all the 45 min holds rude customer service and disconnects
Very few people at Paychex actually know what is happening. We have switched our benefits and payroll to new companies and I still experience nothing but problems... Employees receiving COBRA notices saying they've elected coverage when they haven't. Finding out garnishment funds have been withheld and never remitted to the court. With Paychex, your dedicated representative is only there to answer generic questions. Don't deal with them. They handled my payroll for a short period of time, had endless charges then when I went to get a year end package deal they charged me $300 and never delivered anything for it. I've tried calling customer service numerous times and get sent to a customer representative voicemail that never calls me back. BIGGEST SCAM EVER!
Could not possibly imagine a more disorganized, unprofessional company. How they remain in business is baffling. If you require any level of customer service, or are looking to hire a payroll company that can actually take care of your payroll for you, this is not the place for you!
