Very responsive to inquiries. Payroll documents are timely and easy to and understand.
Not the best place to use if you want to get your whole paycheck and not just a portion when its payday. I understand everyone makes mistakes but when you're dealing with someone's money, it's not okay to mis-type numbers. That's not the only issue I've had with Paychex. Every time I've spoken with sometimes regarding my paystub or just general questions, they've been nothing but rude and very unprofessional.
use them in ATL, spoke with contact here and they were helpful. Came from Paycom, the customer service has been improvement.
