Nice guy, did a great job! Didn't hurt. I am very happy.
Dr. Cohen did a root canal on me in the summer and also implanted a crown on my back molar. He was awesome! He said it wouldn't hurt a bit and needless to say he was right! I was terrified about the procedure due to all the horror stories I had heard but he really had a way of making me feel comfortable, calm and kept me informed every step of the way. Pushed for procedures that weren't necessary. Charged me dearly and did a lousy job. I had pain afterward and had to go to a specialist. Stay away. He is clearly only after your money.
It has been a very pleasant experience to go to Dr. Payam Cohen’s office. He is patient, thorough, and gentle. He truly cares about you. He always explains what he's about to do and why he's doing it. Detail oriented and a good communicator. He's willing to work at your pace to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan and the price. He's wonderful and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Cohen is one of the most caring doctors I've ever seen. He puts time and effort to do the job and he is not cutting corners, which is very important in dentistry. He explains everything very patiently and answers all the questions to the most understanding way. I am usually very nervous in dentists’ office but with him I am always calm and relax. He is very detail oriented and makes sure to do the best. His friendly personality makes you feel special.
He is the best in dentist in Forest Hills. Pain free, honest and very reasonable fees.

Dr. Cohen did 2 cavities for me. He was helpful in explaining why I needed the fillings and was able to complete them in 1 visit. He is not the most personable dentist but seems to be trustworthy.
The sloppy job left me in pain and I had to pay another dentist dearly for the repairs. I would recommend that this dentist be more patient with his patients and listen to what they have to say and not dismiss their dental complaints as unimportant. Coming across as in a hurry and seemingly annoyed didn't help with communication either. Grow up Dr. I wish I had known of this website 6 months ago.
