Fantastic store! – I love this store and have shopped there since it opened. Diana, the owner is so knowledgeable when it comes to recommending alternatives to medicine, for many common health concerns, pertaining to pets. You can tell that she is passionate, and really cares about the animals. She takes time to educate and offer suggestions to many common problems such as allergies, kidney problems, and anxiety. Excellent Store – I have shopped at this speciality pet shop a couple of times and found the owner to be extremely knowledgeable on what type of food is best. I have a cat with allergies and she was able to pinpoint what would be best for his problems. And the selection of healthy food they offer is astounding. A definite "two thumbs up"
Extraordinary Service and Product for your pets – Have been a customer of this store since they opened. Have eleven animals and give only quality food and supplement options. The staff and owner of this location are wonderful, caring and very informed on the latest in product and possible treatment modalities for dogs and cats. I can't recommend them highly enough. The store is clean and animal friendly. Actualy fun to shop there.
Best holistic pet store in South Charlotte – I totally disagree with the negative reviews of Pawtiques. This is by far the best store to find holistic and raw foods for both cats and dogs in the south Charlotte area. They are never to busy to stop and answer questions (and make suggestions) in regards to benefits of different types of foods and treats. Poor Customer Service, Cute Pet Decor – I have been in this store 4 times & everytime I go in there, I feel like the workers there are annoyed with me being there. They really have some cute stuff like beds & bowls, but there items are over priced & you definitely aren't paying the extra money for the service. I would highly recommend going to Pet Essentials which is right down the street at Carmel & 51 for their knowledgeable & helpful staff. Poor Service – Each time I go in to Pawtique I am greeted with a "Do I have to help you" attitude. At this point they should know my name as there are only 2 staff members, the owner and one other person that doesn't seem to ever have any answers. A place where you want to get your stuff and get out. I tell you, anyone that opens a store in the area with organic and natural pet foods is going to be a success!
Bad customer service – Staff was very rude & unfriendly. Would not recommend having your pets groomed in this type of atmosphere.
Pawtique- Unique Pet Store with Education – Pawtique has changed my perspective on my pet's diet. I feed my cats a grain-free dry food and purchase all of my canned food from this store. Diana, the owner, offers advise without pressured selling. Check them out! They have dog food, cat food, numerous toys, homeopathic remedies and now offer grooming.
