Today I waited 6.5 hours for a Vet to call back and our 8 week old puppy cried all day. We went in three days ago for frequent bathroom breaks yet today we were told to get help we needed yet another fee for yet another visit as her symptoms continue. VERY VERY disappointing. Yesterday is the 1 year anniversary of putting down our 16 year old Addie, and now we were treated very very rudely today by PAWS Manager Caitlyn.
Thank you, P.A.W.S for doing everything you could to try to save our dog, Jack. My husband and I rushed him in having a seizure. Unfortunately, he had another seizure and his heart stopped. The vet and vet tech did everything in their power for him and also took care of us. Thank you for your care and compassion. The love you have for animals (and the people who call those animals their family) is evident in the care you provide.
