I appreciate all the small details P.A.W.S. offers. From the ‘relaxing pheromones’ plugged into the walls all around the clinic, to the way they handle my pet with care, I have had a really good experience every time I’ve gone in.
Three times in the last month we’ve had to reach out to P.A.W.S. because our regular vet could not get our animals in to be seen soon enough. Once they squeezed us in for our dog Josie who had horrific ear infections and twice last week for our beloved cat Ringo. � We honestly cannot thank EVERYONE enough for your genuine kindness and compassion during such a heartbreaking time. Nothing but positive things for us to say about your clinic.
We brought in our Lab/chessie mix to be put down and I cannot say how caring and supportive the staff was. They were truly amazing and kept us informed the entire time.
There are vets and then there are pet whisperers. Michelle Beck - and her staff are the latter. They know how to greet animals, make them feel safe, and provide the best approach and care based on the specific animal. My do is a rescue and Michelle has worked with us over the past 8 years to assess and solve his barrier and separation anxieties. Hes had a couple oral surgeries and procedures and all are handled with the utmost care for the pet and pet owner! 👍👍
