First time ever giving a Non-Recommendation. Poor Customer Service, Over-Priced, and down-right Rude. No Wellness Exam Cost for new pups at Otter Lake Animal Care, and cannot believe I was charged a $25.00 "Curbside Drive-Away/Not Call Late Fee." (Arrived 3 minutes late, and yes, didn't stay in the parking lot for 60 minutes.. RecommendedI rate P.A.W.S. Pet Hospital 5 stars! Brought my dog Sammy to PAWS for more than 13 years even after moving 25 miles away. The staff has been outstanding each and every time. Most difficult decision I ever made was for Sammy to pass on at 16 yrs old. The sincere compassion shown to Sammy and me by the staff and especially Dr. Michelle was beyond description. I cannot put into words what it meant to me.

PAWS has been our veterinary clinic for many years. They are sensitive and caring and very experienced. We look to Dr. Michelle as a friend as well as an experienced and very knowledgeable veterinarian. She is confident in what she does and makes you feel cared about while she cares for your pet. I highly recommend PAWS in Hugo!
staff at PAWS has been very kind to my two cats and to me. the animals feel safe there and I will continue to go to PAWS. thank you for your time and skill.
Staff is amazing and caring! They make you feel welcome at each visit. Maybe a little overpriced on some services but it’s close and convenient to my house. Reggie, the dog, enjoys all the new sniffs!!
Overpriced and good for nothing when you really need them. Will not be bringing my dogs back to this vet.
