First time here, also first time I’ve washed my dog. Could not have had a better experience both for me and for my puppy. Everyone was kind and welcoming, very understanding of a newbie like me. My dog was also quite nervous, and Sandy and other staff members helped make this a much more calm experience for him then I expected. We will definitely be back! Thank you everyone!!!

Paws for Elegance is my favorite place! The staff is always so cheery, warm, and friendly, and they always make time to accommodate my requests. I mostly use the self dog wash services, and it can't be beat! I've tried 4 other self wash businesses, and they aren't nearly as good. Paws for Elegance has great shampoo selections, ample fresh clean towels, dryers that work well, and other small conveniences like ear cleaners, brushes, aprons, etc. It's bright, clean, and conveniently located. I had my mommy take me there, she bathed and dried me. and I had my toes all trimmed. I even was given some doggy treats and mommy sprayed some stuff to make me smell lovely because I was a good boy. The blonde lady working in the selve self was just amazing. She catered to my every need and cleaned up my mess, so my mommy didn't have to.. ������ Can't wait to go again. Thank you blonde lady....

Decent enough. Many times the employees clearly don't want to be there. I've heard they have issues keeping people because they don't treat their employees with respect. Their hours aren't set either. They may say they are open until 5:30 but I've gone there at 5 and they are locked up. When you call and ask about the hours, they give you an attitude. Prices are decent though. So just decide what is more important to you.
