I'm am very disappointed how the groomer who groomed my Shelties today doesn't know how to follow directions. My husband dropped our pups off with a note telling them what I wanted. I asked for a trim not a hair cut. They buched my males back behind and for my small female they cut under her stomach and it wasn't even cut evenly. RecommendedI know there has been some negative feedback lately, but after my 10 month old Great Pyranese's shedding exceeded my ability I gave them a call. They fit me in quickly and actually even called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted to come sooner. I couldnt be more amazed at the job they did in 2.5 hours. Love this place! The owners really care about the customers and the dogs. Grooming is outstanding! You can't beat the self wash stations, clean and helpful staff. Don't look anywhere else for all your pets needs, choose Paws for Elegance!
I wrote a review the other night and deleted it but I think that now that you all deleted more comments regarding questions and concerns about Brandy’s death, I will leave my review up. A dog died while in your care. Why won’t you be honest about what happened? Until you can openly discuss Your clients questions and concerns, I will not be back. The grooming has been subpar the past couple years anyway. Rest in puppy paradise Brandy.
I love this place. The owners and staff are great people. It’s always clean, affordable, my dog loves it and they care.
Paws for Elegance has an amazing staff and very knowledgeable owners who truly love working with animals and take pride in their business. The facilities are very clean and the range of services are very convenient. Would definitely recommend to all in the area or any people traveling through.
I came to Paws for Elegance and was really impressed. The owners and employees are so passionate about their work and they really care about each and every fur baby that comes through the door. They take pride in the work that they do and they do a great job.
