RecommendedTook an my pup in right away when we came how to a gash on her leg, she’s very timid and doesn’t do well with people but she had no issues warming up to the staff. We can’t thank you guys enough! It’s been a couple months now but she healed quickly with no issues!
I would not recommend this office to any of my friends or family. Multiple times they tried to schedule shots that weren’t needed for my dog and I had to continue to remind them she didn’t need that particular shot. Also when quoted pricing it was vastly different from when the actual appointment was over and payment was due. Their attention to detail and being consistent definitely has room to grow. I am not saying everyone in the office is this way however majority are.
Treatment for a cat's ear mites resulted in the cat's near death. He stopped eating, drinking or moving. Ear canals and the ear drums are sensitive. Rough irrigation is traumatic & can kill. A call placed to request the Vet contact me was unsuccessful. Cat taken to another Vet. Received fluids, IM antibiotic, and ear drops that cover mite infestation, yeast and bacterial infections. All found in this exam. 48 hr.s later, vast improvement.
