The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life you could not pay me to return ever and I was a buyer not a seller only God can imagine how rough they are to them
Not enough employees took way to long to retrieve a layaway. Took an hour and Nancy said I was lucky. It's sad use to be a nice place no more guess Dicks pawn will get my service from now on.
RecommendedI just want to say I came in on Saturday to buy my husband a gun for his birthday Sunday. The lady at the gun desk was so sweet and apologetic that she couldn’t help me because my husband would have to do the background check because it was for him.. which I completely understood. I wouldn’t want anyone to get in trouble. I came back in today Monday and she remembered who I was and apologized again and said happy belated birthday to my husband.
