My visit with you and your staff was excellent. As you know I had never been to a dentist before. Sitting in the waiting room I was nervous your staff put me at ease and they were very helpful on explaining what the next visit will consist of.

When I first walked into the office, I admired the waterfall and the nice chairs in the waiting room. When I was brought back into the patient room, the hygienist explained every detail of what she was doing and gave me some tips on how to take better care of my teeth, which I appreciated. The room was very relaxing and as much as I hate going to the dentist, the staff really has a way of making the experience pleasant. Dr. Pawlus was great, too. I had such a bad experience with my last dentist that I was a bit nervous about the dental work I needed done. The Pawlus team was great in relieving my nervousness. Glad I made the change in dentists.
