Everyone was so nice. I was more relaxed than I ever have been in a dental office thanks to Dr Pawlus and his amazing staff.

Sarah is fantastic, does a great job and is very friendly. She did tell me Dr. Pawlus would ask me if I wanted the cancer screening when he came in and it was my decision. However, the Dr. just did the screening without asking and I got charged $42 for it. Maybe a misunderstanding but not thrilled about surprise gadgets to collect $ without consent. Will be ready to decline whether asked or not on the next round. Otherwise still a fan. Thanks.

Had another great experience at Pawlus Dental - despite the terrible weather and horrendous roads, office was open for my 7:10 am appointment, staff were friendly, courteous and informative and I was done and off to work by 8:00. Oh, and did I mention that there was no pain involved? Doesn't get much better than that!

Especially appreciate adding unplanned treatment into schedule without extra appointment.
