We LOVE Pawcassos. The staff is extremely helpful with scheduling appointments and wonderful at communicating the time frame to expect for pick up. My girl, Meya has always been nervous when it is time to go to the groomers. Unfortunately, due to relocating 2 times since she was a pup - she has had to make the adjustment a couple times. We took our Border Collie, Alice, for her first grooming. I am not sure who was more nervous, our puppy or us, but Alice was treated with lots of love by the staff. Upon pick-up, Alice looked wonderful and was so happy! The price was fantasic and it includes many services including a free photo! Who doesn't want to see their furbaby in an awesome photo?! Some how the staff managed to work their magic and had Alice posing like a pro! I would highly recommend this 'spaw'! ❤😍

I've been bringing my Dog Neiko for over 2 years now and I absolutely love this spa!! The love and care they give your beloved pets is phenomenal and so appreciated!! Best in the business! I'm a lifetime customer!

I have never had a problem with this business! I love that my dog LOVES to come here. The people are sweet and the groomer always does a great job even though my pup can be kind of a brat, lol. I recommend them to anyone asking for recommendation for a groomer!

I like bringing Larry my dog here. They are always nice to him and customer service is always great. Yes they are extremely busy and it is hard to get in but isn't that a sign of good business..they must be doing something right! Larry used to be so stressed when we took him to other big store groomers..now he is not stressed at all and they work with him because he does not like the dryer. I would recommend this store.
