Best dog groomer I've ever been to! They do amazing! I homed a rescue pet, he was all matted, but they cleaned him up very nicely. They even took a picture of him and sent it home with us...nice touch. Highly recommend.
Have take all 3 of our dogs there. The staff is so friendly. We appreciated the tour of where our pets were groomed. Loved the pictures we received of our dogs! Best groomer in town

I was told it would only take three hours for a basic grooming for a Yorky. It took almost 6 and they still did not get the shave correct. We were told that they always scream the big dogs first and leave a little dog sitting in the kennels until they are ready. Owners should be informed of this so they can find another groomer if they have a small dog. My family and I have used Pawcassos since they opened. They have always been great with out dogs, some of whom were skittish and/or rather crazy. Our animals always come home with the perfect trim, looking adorable and smelling amazing. Reasonable prices and very caring staff!

4.5 hours for a grooming for a short haired dog, no haircut needed, nothing special the minimum grooming needed. Staff was friendly but back to looking for a groomer
