We've been bringing our pup here for a year or so and never had a problem until yesterday. The people there are always nice and energetic and have always taken great care of our boy. Came to pick him up, the tech said he did great and all seemed to be find. We get home and he shakes his head and I find a huge gash on his neck right under his ear. Shaved down through some of the skin. We love the folks at this place so it's hard to complain but the well being of my dog is my priority. I understand those things happen sometime... read more

Today was Snow’s first visit. She also turned 6 months old today. She’s an English Golden Retriever. Her fur was SO white & beautiful after her grooming appointment. And I loved the Valentines themed photo we received of her! ��

My rescue pup is very anxious and is afraid of new people and situations. We recently moved here and needed to find a groomer. After looking through tons of different websites and reviews, my husband found Pawcassos and we decided to give it a try. I'm SO glad he found this place! Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning up my fur baby, they clearly took their time and were really gently with her because she wasn't afraid or at all anxious when we picked her up! We found our groomers for life!

I had a great experience! I got a tour of the shop! They were so great with my dog and he hates getting groomed but he looked so cute when I picked him up! And they give you a cute picture of them after their grooming!! They were great! We will be going back!
