I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with questions I had when I took my dog and cat there to get up to date on vaccines. The prices are also fair for the services my pets needed. Saturdays are chaotic, and they seem focused on doing the best they can to see everyone possible.
The staff is always amazing. Everyone makes me feel I know my fur babies are in great hands.
I do recommend the vets there. Some of the staff I was not really happy with when they would not muzzle my dog to clip his nails. Then he had to have a couple of lumps removed and the C collar is so big on him. After I paid almost 600.00 which 20.00 of that was for the C collar they told me I could go to pets mart and get one that would fit him for 19.99....Really you couldn't have someone to run up to pets mart and get one. Dr Cousins has always treated our fur babies like they are #1. He takes time with us answering all questions we have. staff is very professional and helpful
