Friendly staff today Petey loved his tech
They have lost their first concern over the welfare and care of animals. When you can’t get simple flea medicine because they have not had a hand in immunization of your dogs then that speaks volumes to me.
After many years of using Paw Prints for my pets, we boarded or pets (1 large dog and 1 small dog) for 9 days. This was for their yearly checkup, grooming, as well as for boarding too, so I expected to have a decent treatment. When we got our dogs, the large dog looked as if he had been STARVED! I was NEVER informed that he wasn’t eating or had lost weight. To say that I was infuriated is an understatement. This was NOT the first time I’ve had an issue BUT will be the LAST time. — I have had the groomer cut my dogs foot pad,... read more
Did not care for the way the staff here talked to me or treated my pets. They showed little compassion and care - one thing was clear, they cared about making money and wanted to run every test possible.
I boarded my diabetic Chihuahua and 4 days later he is in critical condition. He’s an older dog and now I’m rushing him to his vet praying they can help him. All of this because his medication instructions were not followed. I am not a vet, I am a RN. I do not know a lot of medical things about animals, BUT I do know my dog and his regimen. Driving 5 hours to go pay his bill and take him to another doctor. ADVICE-don’t go here

I appreciate your spending some time on the phone with me this afternoon. Additionally, I was able to speak with your regular veterinarian prior to returning your call and was glad to hear from both of you that Max is already back at home and doing well. As we discussed, diabetic patients often do not do well in environments other than their own (hospital, boarding, etc). This is especially true in Max’s condition, being 14 years old and having never been left with anyone by you. His well-being is the reason we called you ye... read more
I took my two dogs to paw prints just for boarding one who is in great health with no health issues the other being a diabetic and needing insulin injections. I received a phone call three days in after dropping them off saying that my dog Max the Diabetic was not doing too good, said he was not eating and was sick, when they described it, I knew his blood sugar was high. I asked if they had given him his medicine like they should and they said no they have not given him any insulin since we had dropped him off. I was complet... read more

They were so wonderful with my dog Max. We were new patients and they helped us quickly and were very honest and caring. I would definitely recommend to other pet parents.
We have used Paw Prints since they opened. My dad was a vet many years ago and I was a nurse for over 30 years. I feel that allows me to be pretty persnickety about the health care for our fur babies. I have seen most of the vets at Paw Prints and we have only had great experiences there. Many thanks to ALL the staff that allow these experiences to turn into great memories. FYI: They did a great job of protecting everyone during the COVID-19 experience. Thank you Paw 🐾 Prints from Tiger Belle and myself.
