We had to make a hard decision to put our husky named Blue down....she was having more bad days than good. We decided to take her to Paw Prints, because family of ours referred us to go to them. It was a rough moment for my husband and me. Everyone seemed very kind and were very gentle with Blue....which I was so happy, because she was yelping in pain when her last vet would try to make her stand up and was yelping in pain when they took her in the back where I couldn't see her. I have been going to Paw Prints for many years now. These are awesome doctors!! I have never been anywhere that they care as much about your pet as they do. I almost always get a phone call after vaccinations to make sure they're doing OK. Dr. Cousins has gone above and beyond working with me on a rather unusual issue with one of my cats. Very highly recommend!!
Thank you for always being there for us and our boys these past 14 years. You have a special place in our hearts. Worse vet I've been too. Told me one thing about payments and when I was on the way to get her they call and say it must be paid in full. May I remind you the bill was supposed to be 695 then it went up to almost 800 then back down. When I was on the way they called and said I had to pay the full amount or I could not pick my cat up. Needless to say I got my cat, she will not go back there again... I do believe the owner and the employees do not communicate very well.
Can't speak highly enough of this great group!! My sisters in another city are constantly searching for good vets to use, but I just smile knowing that Easley has such a gem!
My dog Pipn got very sick very fast yesterday. Thanks so much for helping him feel better and for taking us so quickly without an appointment! It's great to know he's in such caring hands!
