Dr Medrano is the absolute best! not many doctors take care of their patients like she does, truly the best
Great doctor, billing department needs to figure out their coding issues. I have great insurance but was billed due to an incorrect input by their staff. Have still not been able to resolve this after multiple weeks. Will more than likely not return due to this issue.
PAVONIA PRIMARY CARE IS A WONDERFUL PLACE! I can’t believe that this person bellow is shooting herself on the foot so blatantly! Every single thing that she complained about NP Felipe seemed like Ms.Felipe was looking out for her! Brains anyone??? I was seen by the APN Maria Felipe. Within 5 minutes of the appointment I wanted to leave. I was asked to describe what I was being seen for. As I was “trying” to explain, she interrupts which is fine. BUT I informed her multiple times I am being seen for my right knee pain. At the time of the appointment my knee was wrapped in ace bandage, it was not removed by the APN. She asks what knee am I having pain. I advised her & repeating “my right knee”. I called to make an appointment here at 12:15 pm on June 26th and told the receptionist I was a new patient looking for a PCP. The receptionist was speaking very fast and seemed annoyed with me every time I asked her to repeat something so I could understand. Her answers got continually short and felt kind of confrontational for no reason.
