I had a backup in my kitchen sink. The workers came and quickly fixed the issue. They were very professional and polite and made sure everything worked before they left my apartment. They also cleaned up the area after they were finished.
Great staff!! Ms. Jamilla is amazing!!! The maintenance team is awesome, quick fast and friendly!!!
Unreasonably stupid requirements I called in to get a room but after I paid the applications fee and she told me it all was good she called me a day later and said since you haven’t had the current job for over a year I couldn’t get it anymore I literally offered to pay the lease in full to show her we could pay it even though I’ve only had this job for six months
The office people are rude and do not even try to contact you after you submit an application. They did not ask for any additional information, not even pay stubs and took the application fee and sent an automatic denial response a few minutes after submitting the application. Would not explain any reasoning for the denial when called. I wouldn't bother applying here.
Bugs everywhere, they are everywhere.
