Staff will answer all nice when applying but after you get approved Lilia has a attitude she's really not friendly and should not be working customer service at all and the managers Angela and Pam are so inhumane. Just stay away your better of at mateo apartment homes at least they don't yell at you like Lilia does 0/0 don't apply
Apartments are nice, but the staff is AWFUL. Lilia and her boss are so rude and unhelpful. She’s always on her phone, always scowling, will not call me back, and always has a horrible attitude when I ask a question. She YELLED at me because there was confusion about our move in date.
