They can never run my insurance and then charge self pay prices. I don’t have out of pocket with my insurance so it’s very irritating. They don’t even call the insurance - it’s just a tough luck situation with them. I never have issues at other pharmacies. At least the self pay rate is not crazy but again I shouldn’t have to pay with my type of insurance. They simply can’t get an eligibility with THEIR system. They should fix that and minimum offer to call to confirm eligibility… but they don’t of course!
