As your neighbor for 15 years, I really wish you guys would trim down your over grown trees, Our home's in the Terraces have all lost our beautiful city views. Don't get me wrong, I love our trees, but in 15 years I've lived here I have yet to see you all trim back or thin out the over growth. Especially near corner off Lowell & Academy
The walk through process when moving out is a joke! They charge you for whatever they want anyway! They charged me for things that were in that current condition when I moved in. Total BS! For that alone I wish I NEVER lived there!
