RecommendedMaria is awesome! The residents, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and other amenities are nice, but Maria is a pleasure to work with.

Would NOT recommend. Our apartment has been nearly broken into twice and our mailboxes have been broken into. The lack of concern from the front office staff is alarming. Not worth the price of what it costs to live there.

I enjoy how quiet the complex is. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I do wish the rent was lower, though. If it continues to increase, Pavilions will force me to start looking to buy a house, which I can purchase at any time if I choose to. I enjoy staying at the Pavilions and enjoy the special events the staff provides for us in the club room. I would hope the higher echelons in California wouldn't want to lose another tenant since there seems to be a lot of vacant apartments. Having our own personal garage, swimm... read more
