RecommendedMaria is awesome! The residents, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and other amenities are nice, but Maria is a pleasure to work with.

Would NOT recommend. Our apartment has been nearly broken into twice and our mailboxes have been broken into. The lack of concern from the front office staff is alarming. Not worth the price of what it costs to live there.

Had several issues. #1 Apartments not independently metered for water usage. Bill was on avg $120+ (Bill from new house $40) #2 rude inconsiderate neighbors. #3 neighbors smoking and barking dogs!
