Yasmin very rude I was told to bring in three documents I come in. She said we can’t use any of these. I just wasted an hour coming down here and she wants to not welcome me in. She has an attitude from the start and I felt like she just didn’t wanna help me.
After speaking with someone from enrollment services on the phone, and being told to come in person to this health hazard of an enrollment office, I risked my life to do so (I am a immunocompromised, the ventilation in this building is nonexistent, and everyone else was sick around me). I waited an hour and was met with such disrespect immediately upon walking up to the counter after my number was called.
