Would not recommend living here at all. Lived here for only one year and had 20+ service requests during the course of our lease. Upon moving in, the a/c did not work, we had no hot water, the bedroom and bathroom doors did not shut, the sinks were leaking, the washer had mold in it, a window was cracked, etc. Throughout our time living in the apartment, we faced numerous issues such as mold, bugs, broken washer and dryer, and a leaky roof, most of which we had to chase maintenance for weeks or months and were still not reso... read more
This "luxury" apartment building is a complete dumpster fire. My family lasted three weeks before we moved out. After living in countless apartments in NYC and the Capital District, I've never experienced such neglect. This place is so bad that the Saratoga Code Enforcement has had to get involved for two separate tenants in less than a few months. If you are at all sensitive to mold or dust, do not move here. The Perennial (and Prime) should be seriously looked at as it's nothing but a high-priced health hazard.
I had a maintenance request in for a week and a half and I finally heard back from management today . I had to contact Saratoga county code enforcement to come look at the issues I was having and get management to fix my problems.
Recently renovated and gives a very upscale feel in the heart of downtown!
