Don't Judge The Book By It's Cover Work is always done to the outside of the building but never to the inside. I don't know where to begin so I will make a list. 1. Hallways Stink 2. The good, the bad, the ugly The Good: Staff is friendly, maintenance issues corrected in a timely manner, ample parking, proximity to grocery and entertainment, washer and dryer included in units, ample storage space, elevators make upper floor living great, quiet location with wooded property surrounding,pool and gym are usually not over crowded, planned community events for residents. Love it! Living at Pavilion at Plantation Way for the past year has been a pretty great experience. The elevators are a great touch and the ladies working in the office are always on top of everything. The pool is a wonderful place every time I have gone. The only maintenance issue I have had was taken care of in a timely manner. I cannot express how much I have enjoyed being there.
