Update Jun 11, 2021. Dr. Dalal personally contacted me to learn about my case. He was very understanding and compassionate. I understand physicians have busy schedules and rely a lot on their admin staff. Original review. This rating is for his office and not really the doctor himself. Even though I think he should take a responsibility for his admin staff. I did not get a chance to see the doctor as his office canceled my appointment and gave me a new one for a month later.
