Absolutely abysmal, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Never got a confirmation email or text after setting my appointment. Had to book 2 weeks out. I sent an email days before to confirm my appointment time, tried calling at 8am and was told to call back at 9 when his office opened, then called at 9 to be told to call back at 11 when he answers phone calls, called at 11 multiple times just to get voicemail. Dr. Pava and his staff are very kind and thorough. Their medical care and professionalism are top-notch. However, only two people work for the reception/business department. If you call during business hours, it’s unlikely that you’ll reach them, and they are unlikely to return a call if you leave a voicemail. They also do not accept credit/debit card payments, only cash or check. I had to pay using a Western Union money order, because I did not know beforehand that cards were not accepted. The office staff were so nice and cheerful. Dr. Pava was attentive and provided clear recommendations for me. Within a week of my appointment, I was mailed my lab results and a prescription to deal with my high cholesterol. Also instructions for further lab. work and an ultrasound.
