Beaware these guys are crooks and there customer service is bad and rude. Mark is really rude saying it is what is and America is a free country and they can charge whatever they want. We took them to get a small hole fixed in our trailer and they made our bill over 500 dollars for a job that would take 1 hour max and They said it took 5 hours and 3 people to fix it Really? *BEWARE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU* Went in with replacement parts already in hand & was told that they could only use their own parts. The cost of their parts? A steep $500 which does not include the cost of labor. Was told the labor would be $95/hour. It took approximately an hour for the work to be completed but was forced to pay for 2 and a half hours worth of work instead all as a means to overcharge their customers.

I’m sorry you feel you were over charged. The hub that was brought in was for a 12k axle. Your axle was only a 10k axle, so your parts would not work. All repairs were approved before we began. Our labor rate is $80 per man our. One man worked for 1 hour the second man work for 1.75 hours. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

they charged me $80 for a physical inspection of my trailer then another $80 for the written estimate a total of $160 and did no work on my trailer I felt like I got stolen from
Went there because I needed a piece welded on my trailer. I knew exactly what I needed/wanted done. The lead guys response was if I give you a quote its $80 if i dont do the work. I am like how TF do I know if I can afford the work in the first place. I understand charging me if I go in for one thing and you come out and tell me I need 5 other things done and I go with someone else but that wasnt the case. I was broke down, pulled into Paul’s parking lot and could not have been treated better. Fast and professional.
I drove to Indiana from Palm Beach FL to purchase a toy hauler trailer. I was on the road for 19 hours and about 4 to 5 hours at dealership going over unit and signing paperwork. After leaving dealership, I realized my 2016 F-150 was not equipped to stop electric breaks on the trailer. I was under the impression it was when I bought it.
