I took 2 engagement rings in because one had been described as yellow gold in a will, but both looked like white gold. Vivian took a look at the rings and verified they were both white gold. She gave me info about the size and cut of each diamond, and checked the prongs. She also checked the prongs on my engagement ring. She was professional and knowledgeable, and she didn't charge me for the consultation! I will definitely be going back to Paul's with all my jewelry needs.
RecommendedWe bought our wedding rings from Vivianne (sp?) 30 years ago! She is such a nice person and have had nothing but good experiences with her! Came in to see about ring repair, resizing and appraisal updates of 3 sets. Since she's appraised all of them before (regardless of where we bought them) she gave me the appraisal updates free.
Every cross does have a story! the designs are stunning and of great quality! Love the cross pendent I purchased with proceeds going to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church!

Was referred to Vivian, as a lot of my local jewelers around Waukesha are no longer. I was very pleased with the repairs made to my two pieces of jewelry.I can sleep better at night, knowing that I had a trustworthy appraisal done on three pieces. I will be returning soon, to meet with Vivian and discuss a custom piece to be made. I also have inherited two matching rings which will be turned into some earrings. I believe I found my new jeweler!
