Very friendly and helpful
My husband and I were traveling around Lake Michigan when our car broke down. The tow truck driver gave us a couple of options and we went with Paul's. Our breakdown was on a Sunday when no shops were open. So we dropped the car off Sunday evening. They made time to look at the car on Monday. My Jeep wrangler’s clutch went out on the dunes and I called around to local places hoping to find one that could get me in as soon as possible since I’m not from around here and was about to go on a summer road trip with my Jeep. I called Paul’s auto & tire that afternoon and spoke with Joe and he (along with everyone else I spoke to) was extremely understanding and friendly.
